the HD 3870 x2 will most likely cost less then buying 2 HD 3870s, but if u want to buy 2 HD 3870s then go for it.

i suggest wait for the HD 3870 x2, because the HD 3870 isnt doing so well. That is what im doing.

the Crossfire for the 3870 was pretty good.. especially since Crossfire Scales way better than SLi

if a single card solutiuon coems out for teh same price as crossfire 3870's and either costs as much or is cheaper, but outperforms it il get that instead for now im on schedual for the crossfire set up.

w/ crossfire 3870's you'll only notice huge improvements on resolutions of 1920x1200 and higher

if you're lower.. i wouldnt really consider it.. but instead one beefy card

3870 X2 is a single card.. but with 2 core xD

just need to upgrade 1 more card and hey presto.. quadfire
