TV tuner, where to start?

I am not an expert on TV tuners. There are many name brands I'm not too familiar with (hauppauge). Not to mention prices range from $20 - $130. Basically here are the things I need my TV tuner to do:

Play TV and Playstation 3 in great (HD, digital) quality.
Record TV shows.
Good sound quality.
S-video port.

Things I don't really need:

Remote control.
FM tuner
Low price

All this on a Samsung 245BW monitor.
Anyone have experience with these things? Any advice would be appreciated.

I dont know much but i got a winfast tv tuner and its ok.

Get this. Comes with a remote and has dual tuners. I just put one in my media server. Lets you record a digital signal and analog signal at the same time. Also has a remote.

Should you need a PCI version its the 1600 rather than the 1800. Same card, different interface.
