Is it cheaper to go with a non SLI board? I probably won't SLI my video card.

Good choice. You wouldn't need to SLI, unless you plan on gaming with a 24"' monitor.

It is generally cheaper with non-SLI boards. Although the majority of AM2 motherboards, support either SLI or Crossfire.

OK so it probably doesn't matter too much, I most likely won't go over a 22" monitor.

I have a Foxconn C51XEM2AA. It's an excellent board.

It does have SLI support, but I don't use SLI anyway.

I think it is around $100 on newegg, with a reabate.
