new video card dual monitor set up trouble

here is the thing i posted a while back about doing a little upgrade to my pc
so i just did 3 days ago and i got this new video card is working fine but
wen i plug the s-video to my tv so i can see it on there to the pc keeps on the loding windows screen and wont start but wen i turn it off and unlug the s-video out it starts fine is a ati radeon 9550 stealh x it has the regular monitor conection s-video and dvi if u have any idea what could cause the problem and how to fix it i really apreciate your help since im already typing ill ask this to
i have the old version of windows media center i was thinking to formating and putting in regular windows xp tel what u think about i dont really need all the media center junk

the TV-OUT would have worked with other O/S as well, have you tried on other O/S before?

as you said, that you bought the VGA card new, so try upgrading the drivers and update windows (this wont look like window Issue). what make is your radeon? Sapphire?

is a diamond stealth s120 ati radeon 9550 agp 256 mddr dvi/tv-out
ill try updating the driver to the latest and see what happends

yup i got the latest drivers for it and is working nice im still gona get rid of win xp media center and go xp pro cuz i have the older media center not the 2005
so i cant get some of the new software like media player 11 and stuff
