software for PC temperature

anyone can guide me the links. i want those can measure the temperature of mobo, processor, etc.

plus is there any software can know the RAM speed without unplugged the RAM and see it??

Get Sandra from Sisoftware for your RAM question. I don't know the web address, but I found the site by searching on Google when I downloaded it, so you should be okay.
