well, it might. but, when you re-set the cmos (make sure to do that every time it BSODs) you can immediately go into the bios and change the settings to a litlle lower than they were when it failed. i like to actually re-set cmos, let it fully boot at default, then re-boot and get into the bios. just my preferrence.
you will likely have to run your ram no higher than ddr2 667 depending on how high you get your cpu.
mine, i run at dddr2 533 but it still is overclocked past 400mhz due to the ht/memory divider.
if you go in and reset your ram to ddr2 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings and your HTT is running at 270mhz, i can virtually assure you that it wont boot.
