OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit

Or (i like this one)

Patriot Extreme Performance 1GB 2X512MB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 Dual Channel Memory Kit +
Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Kit W/ LEDs

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd go with the Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Kit W/ LEDs.

Either that, or their non-LED brother.

Are you limited to those choices alone? May I also ask what CPU you are pairing these up with as that all matters to make a good choice.

Never mind im going to go with 4 gigs but i was wondering how do i put 4 gigs in my pc when i have 32-bit vista? do i just add the ram and it will work? or do i have to do something?

32-bit Vista will not read it all.

You can add it all in, but it will only recognize around 3-3.5 GB of it.

There is nothing you can do to overcome this limitation, aside from purchase a new 64-bit operating system.
