My win2000 server is set for active directory, DHCP and DNS,
In the Active Directory Group Policy is working well, In admin tools -Domain Security Policy and Domain Controler Sec. Policy is working well as well....
But the Local Computer Policy, when I open it is coming message "Windows can not access database for Local Security Policy"
and there is nothing else then this message

I know where the sec. databes is stored and replace it.
I try to import other sec. policy (copy form other server)
And is coming message "Extended error - can't import..."

Any Help
to make this working?

I fix it
~~ THANK YOU EVERY BODY FOR THE HELP.~~
There was very strange ERROR saying:

"Windows can not open security database for LocalPolicy"
"extended error ....etc...."

So what I did :
1. Open new Console
2. Add in "Security Configuration and Analysis"
3. Then Make new security database
4. After this I locate the existing secDataBase in c:\win\system32\security
5. Delete the SecDatabase I found there and paste the new one
WITH same NAME
6. WOLA open Local Sec Policy and HERE WE GO working.........

Thank you every body again.

Bay the way where were you to help me......
