build 400

my friend wants a build for 400-500, hopefully to game as well at possible. he wants to play ut3, but i told him for 500 thats probally not guna happen. This is without a monitor, case, keyboard, mouse, just cpu ram mobo and if possible hd, and psu

But for a quick suggestion:
Intel Dual Core E2180
Abit IP35-E
2 x 1GB G. Skill DDR2-800 NQ (Red colored heatsink)
FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX400-PN 400W
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 160GB or 250GB
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro (No need for thermal paste) (If overclocking...)
and maybe an HD 3850

UT3 runs great on my system and the build b1gapl suggested is a good bit faster.
