The little description sounds ace, and its only £73, alot of board for your money

This will only cost me just over £200, ok ill still have my 7950GT for a while till the new range of GPU's come out but ill still see some extra smoothness in my games hopefully(i play BF 2142 mostly)

yep.. except tahts the p35c-ds3r.. which supports DDR3 RAM along with DDr2 RAM, but its 30$ more than the regular d3r

Just reading the customer reviews on Ebuyer and one person said this:

"When purchasing this board make sure your power supply has an extra 12v 4 PIN CONNECTOR for the cpu (you MUST also have a 24 pin connector as well) otherwise, if u try booting All u will get are your fans running and nothing else and your monitor will have no visual."

Ive got a OCZ modstream 520w psu, will i need any extra cables?
