HP Pavilion (desktop form factor, not tower) from 1995 or so:
Intel Pentium 133MHz (originally 75MHz, swapped CPU's recently)
40MB DRAM (originally 4MB, then 16MB (4X4), now 40MB (2X4, 2X16))
2GB hard drive (originally 768MB, that died, then also had 5GB, but I removed it)

CD-ROM 24X (originally 4X but replaced with a newer drive)
