e2180 fsb compatibility

I just noticed that the E2180 has a FSB of 800mhz.... Now, I am getting a DS3L motherboard and if I recall it only supports 1066/1333mhz fsb? Is this not going to work or will it just run at a lower FSB for the cpu?

it'll work, it supports 533 up to 1333mhz

Meh, just overclock it I just put together my media pc last night which is my old ds3r and a 2180 with 5 750gb seagates. Waiting until i get back from my parents house to pick up vista 32 oem for it then see how far it overclocks. Gonna go for 3.4ghz but probably just keep it 3.0 for day to day usage.

8500GT. All it has to do is encode HD so i didnt go to high end. This card also actually has a hdmi port on it for when i get a new tv next year.

sweet, im giving my dad my 7950 gt, hes gonna like it lol, exept our tv only has hdmi or vga. so it kinda sucks, il see if i can get a dvi/vga adapter, im buying x2 crossfire 3870's so i can give him one and just plug the speakers in to the computer instead of the tv. it should work, im hoping.

Just order a dvi/hdmi cable. One end is hdmi the other is dvi. They're like 10 bucks shipped.
