i would change to an Asus K8V-SE Deluxe motherboard as VIA chipsets are proven to be better that n-Force. And go with the AMD 64 3200+ Clawhammer because it is alot cheaper and you can overclock to the speed of the 3400+. Everything else looks good!

How thoughtful of you. But if youÂ’re going to buy all that new stuff, why not get him/her a newer motherboard? IÂ’m sure he/she would like a board that is compatible with a much newer processor, Right?
