hijacked homepage

I'm checking out a friends machine (actually their kid's machine). The homepage keeps defaulting to this .

Below is the Hijack this log....

Any help on what is causing this would be greatly appreciated.

I ran AdAware and Spybot and it seemed to correct the problem (hijacked browser and "you are infected with spyware" popups) until I opened and closed IE a couple of times, then it was back to the same old.
I ran Adaware again and got 17 new hits (mostly the same ones I had just deleted), so something is redoing any changes after they are made.

dude, don't forget to completely clean out all your temp files, cookies etc where a lot of that crap can reside despite running spyware progs
