audio burning software?

I'm looking for software to burn audio CDs that allows me to control the mix between tracks and the volume of the tracks I'm using. I want to burn MP3s. I'd also like to be able to try it before I purchase it. What does anyone else use... any suggestions?

I dont' think you read the question in full.... Nero does not allow the user to:

I'll look for dbpoweramp... thanks vnet.
I've already tried Nero... I don't like it... it doesn't allow enough control for what I want to do. Acoustica's CD Burner works, but I still can't mix individual songs.
