does display card such as Nvidia or ATI help to improve the picture quality/movement when watch vcd/dvd?
or izzit monitor also play an important roles?
A CRT monitor with atleat .16 dpi is considered good quality. There's another type of CRT monitor that uses Aperature Grill Pitch measurements (AGP) and i forgot what standard is considered 'good' for that... .45 i think??
I'm not sure myself. .16 is very high quality I'd think. Also pretty damn expensive, well for my budget now considering having to work on the car.... argh....

Actually, at the time i bought my Dell system a few years ago, there was an option to get a .14 dpi... which is better than the .16 dpi... but i just couldn't justify the extra cost. I actually ended up replacing it with a Dell Trinitron AGP monitor with similar quality.
If i had to buy a new monitor today I would definitely buy FPM if i had the money for it... which means getting a F/T job and all that other stuff.
