PNY Vs. Evga...8800gt 30 price differnece...

looking at getting an 8800gt for my latest rig... and I was wondering PNY or Evga? I looked at the specs on newegg the pny is factory 50mhz slower but i know for a fact that i can get that card to Evga stock levels.... Anything else i should know? Besides step up program? 30 bucks means a dinner out for the G/f...

actually teh xfx one is cheaper, get it, you get dual life time warranty and it covers ocing.
