I have an Intel PentiumIII 900MHz CPU on an Asus motherboard. a program called Using Fresh Diagnose, it tells me that my current speed is 900MHz but also says Maximum Speed 1500MHz.
Does this mean that somehow I can speed up my processor? And that would be what Overclocking is, right?
And if I can speed it up, how do I do it, and what side effects could occur from speeding it up?
I have attached my Motherboard's specs as reported by Fresh Diagnose.
