nvidia 6100 integrated problems..

The nvidia control panel is not allowing me to see any preview of the adjust image settings..
videos are just flickering or showing up as blank..
halflife and other games are not displaying but flickering and broken image..
belive this is an integrated 6100
amd 64 duel core
latest 6 series nvidia drivers
latest directx

suggestions?

I would remove the old drivers and reboot and reinstall the drivers over...
