Help Determine Power Supply For System

This is my current system and I wanted some feedback on whether the power supply I chose is good for the system I have built several computers so im not a newb but with all this new technology I just need a little extra feedback
AMD Athlon 64x2 6000+ Processor
Gladiator Hybrid Helmet Water Cooler
4 gigs OCZ Platinum Rev 2 6400 DDR2
3 120mm case fans total
1 hd cooler vantec
1 WD 320gig 16mb cache 7200rpm
1 Seagate 250gig 8mb cache 7200rpm
Gigabyte GA-MA69VM-S2 690V Socket AM2 1000MHz DDR2-800 M-ATX Motherboard
Rosewill 13n1 card reader w usb 2.0 port
2 SAMSUNG SH-S203B/BEBN 20X SATA DVD Burners
BFG 7900 GTO PCI-Express 16x Graphics Card
*Cooler Master 500w Extreme Power* Power Supply
*note im not trying to go sli motherboard doesnt support it
mainly use computer to encode, edit, burn DVD CD Lite Gaming

The 500w supply there is probably made by HiPro or Seventeam instead of Enhance which would be adequate for a stock system. For better ressults with the additional hardwares there you may want a look at a supply like the Corsair HX620, OCZ GameXStream if you have any plans for ocing.
