I'm building a pc which i will be using for general browsing, some gaming (wolfenstein, counter strike) and lots of work with Macromedia Studio 8 and I was just wondering if the following spec was ok, I have given myself a budget of 700£ for the pc and will be buying an EVESHAM v series for £269, if anyone has any reviews on that please say.

Operating System Buying from: Ebuyer Model 32bit or 64bit home premium vista (OEM version not sure which 64 or 32? Ive looked around and results are mixed!) £62
Please help me with spec any ideas welcome, that so far is £731 so a bit over , i plan to overclock to 3ghz so i will also be buying air cooling of some sort possibly arctic cooling.
