Heh no. My rig is barely enough to handle 1920x1200 at all high settings, and currently i have probably the strongest computer on the site atm. The 22" is probably the better option at with that setup. You need a HIGH end card to push 1920x1200 at high settings.

You mean that its hard to handle 1900x1200 WHILE your playing a game?

Anyways how does 2000:1 and 1000:1 differ? I have a choice of either 24" 1000:1 and 22" 2000:1.

I agree with what veedub said. You need a high end card if you want to play games on that 24", so that 22" is a better bet. Although with a low end card such as a 7600GS, I think it will do fine for low-medium settings, in gaming.

The difference is a better distinction between black and white colors, with the contrast.

But the bigger the better the picture will be.
And as he said you might be able to push low quality at 1900.. btu then whats the point of playing on a huge res XD grab a 22" play at 1600 on mediumish and save some money towards a better vid card and youll be happy :) 22" is still a huge monitor.

on black Friday deals, does it have to be in the store or can I buy it online too? Mainly officemax monitor add since its 250 without a rebate.
