Issue With Overclocking

When overclocking, do you up the voltage when the system wont boot or power on? How do you know when you need to up the voltage?

depends, as long as you can eliminate your ram from causing the no-boot. Then ya, the fix would be to up the voltage.

downclock your ram like lance said so it won't be the issue and then overclock your cpu until you can't boot. Then up the voltage and boot again. Test with prime95 or whatever and keep doing it over and over and watch your temps. Read around too so you know what your cpu can do within a certain range.
