Good coop games?

My girlfriend & I just finished playing through Gears of War and Halo 3.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good xbox 360 coop games? Preferably fps.

COD4 is a must, or so I've heard.

I know it was rumored to have coop, however the release version does not... they say that feature might come later.

There aren't actually many new ones that I can think of for co-op tbh. All this xmas's anticipated games are single player (ME, AC etc etc).

Thought about going back to any of the oldies?

*EDIT* As I just remembered, Kane and Lynch: Dead Men. Not entirely sure how it works offline but online sounds a blast.
