Where can i get hold of some vista icons for my XP, with an installer?

Google "Vista Transformation Pack"

It has a full Vista theme for XP with icons, msstyles theme, a Vista start button orb thing, a visual preview when you hover over taskbar icons, a sidebar clone, and more. During install, you can select what you want to install and what you don't.
