Help with toshiba satellite p205

hi i just bought a new toshiba satellite p205 and when ever i hit alt f9 it brings up some webcam options. Now i am very new with computers and i need to hit alt f9 for my work but when ever i hit it this webcam thing comes up. I was wondering if there is any way to disable this key and how do you do that.

Sadly I must admit I arrived on the tech scene late. I have a LOT of catching up to do. I haven't made it to dos yet. Sorry

Post what progrom you are using tho. No one can help you if they don't know where the problem is. What version is it?
