Computer randomly freezing/crashing

I enabled Cool & Quiet and it seems to be helping a lot. I also turned my gfx card fan all the way up to 125%

I havent cleaned it for a while, I will do that as soon as I get some canned air.

I can't do memtest because I don't have a floppy drive or any blank CDs right now.

I just uninstalled the gfx drivers and installed new ones.
