older webcam wont work

I have a older model logitech web cam,and It won't work for me.

Is ther drivers that I have to down load for this?

I don't have a cd for it

I downloaded the drivers that looked to me to be a match
but the cam still does not work...could there be a setting on my pc??

Which cam do you have? Which drivers did you download? Which OS are you using?

There could be settings for it under the control panel...

its a logitech quick cam. not sure of the model # looks like the pro 4000

using windows XP

The little green light comes on on the cam, But still says that theres No cam conected
