Hey I'm upgrading my comp... need some help!

Hello, Im upgrading my computer.
The main things I want my computer to be better at is:
1) Faster loading on games+faster program opening (it takes forever)
2) Better/sharper graphics
3) Smoother playing on games (no fidgeting) .
4) More RAM
But I dont have that much money to do it with.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hard drives play a big part on how fast your game opes and stuff. Like soundgarden said you need to decide on Intel or AMD. Graphics card...go with 9800 or higher if you can afford it. Corsair XMS and Kingston HyperX series RAM is good for gaming.

For faster loading and starting programs u can get a 10,000 or even 15,000RPM hdd also u can use SATA hdds.

For video if you don't want to spend a lot get an ATI 9800,9800 Pro or XT Sapphire ,and if you have the money you can get an ATI x800.

Is a Radeon 9600 128mb graphocs card a good one for its price???
I have a P4 w/ 128mb of DDR RAM, and I think I have a 64mb graphics card. I also have XP.
Im not looking for a super computer just one that doesnt suck like mine now.

Yes that graphics card will do fine. for RAM you definitely need an upgrade. You should have at least 512MB.
