A good $700 Gaming Build?

Care to throw me a good $700 Gaming build, Need OS but no Moniter keyboard etc. Need a case

What OS do you need? Do you need Vista....if not then just get a free XP somewhere as everyone has them.

I would wait for the 8800GT cards to go down a little more, give them a week and a half or so and you should see them in stock and reasonably priced.

When the 8800GT goes down and you don't need to actually buy an OS I would buy something like this.

CPU: E2180
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer Pro 7
Mobo: Abit IP35-E
Video: 8800GT
Case: Centurion 532
RAM: 2x1Gb A-Data DDR2-800 5-5-5-18
HDD: 250GB Western Digital
PSU: Rosewill RP500

Total comes to around $660 which leaves you room to upgrade the PSU, HDD, RAM, etc.

It would be hard to downgrade for an OS becuase any cheaper video card would have NOTHING in performance compared to an 8800GT.
