Apparently from my lurking on toms and hardforum eVga is only letting you trade in GTS models for the base model GT Oh well, still a decent deal as i would be hard pressed to sell my GTS for 230+ after all the Ebay and Paypal fees. I think i might just keep the stepped up GT for my htpc since it has the HD encoding.
