its the newest and has DDR3 support...but u can't SLI on them, only crossfire...

x38 (Asus Maximus) are indeed the best Overclockers right now closely followed by the P35 (Asus p5k Deluxe)

but they come really expensive. but being a e6600 would it really be worth to get a p35 or x38 havent really seen ppl overclock the older c2d's on them yet
