I have a huge problem.
I am the administrator on my computer, there are only administator accounts on my computer. I had this absoultely horrible virus on my computer that I can't get rid off and I am very frustrated and I don't know if this virus did this but I'm trying to figure out how to fix it.
I can't access anything on my computer
I can't change my background because I can't access my properties, I can't add/remove programs and other things. It tells me I can't because of changes on my computer and that I need to find my administator to change anything. So I tried to go into safe mode and go around the problem to the hard drive and delete all the spyware and malware programs I have on it *spybot, window washer (which can't be removed)*
I'm so frustrated with this computer I'm tempted to just wipe the whole thing and try and find my original disks to start the computer all over again. Or just go buy another one. Can anyone help with this?
