Upgradation of Computer

Hi Folks!

i have a Intel motherboard chipset 845 pentium IV.
i want to upgrade my harddrive to Seagate 250 GB.

which one should i use normal or satta.

also i want to upgrade my RAM, so can i have a DDR one ?

Also i am not sure wheather i can have a graphics card or motherboard 845.

I'm not familiar with that chipset.

It's likely you can't use SATA3.0 though... since it's probably older.

You should post the CPU-Z data on your motherboard so we can be sure.
