Help please with my computer not booting up

yep, MBD pic wont be here much longer, 'bout to go home

Here are my mother board pictures. I have more if needed but where would the jumper be. I thought it was where the battery is but maybe not. I unhooked the hard drive, floppy, and the CDrom from the motherboard for a better shot.

What else do you need?

Never mind, some **** from e-machines told me the IDE connector is bad which makes sense so I guess im getting a new computer. Thanks for your help anyways and I did find where the jumpers are.

well, that would of been the most probably reason, however since usually I try for the cheapest solution
