Get the Gigabyte P35-DS3R instead of the P35-DS3L. As for the 8800GTS 640mb, you should save your money to buy other things then to waste it on another 320mb. Get the 8800GTS 320mb instead of the 640mb version. You'll see that plenty of techies will tell you that it will be not much of a performance increase.

Well I haven't researched much about the 8800GT, but it seems like the GTS is what he wants. He could choose to get the 8800GT if he's willing to wait.
