Rosewill power supplies will give clean safe power to your system for cheap, just don't expect miracles.

I run the exact same PSU as that except mine is the 550w version.

One brand I would suggest you stay away from is JEANTECH my works own brand computers use them an some of the returns I see I could only describe them as ovens by a different name.
This is one of the PSU's in question It is used in the EI system 210 series (our brands best selling budget desktop series) I am a little saddend that the higher end desktops we sell are little better.

But one thing I will say for JEANTECH is that there cases are quite decent for a propriortery brand well easy to mod an are a decent size.
