i think he just wants like 3.0ghz.. but he can easily squeeze 3.3ish

I basically just want a computer that can run Crysis on medium to high settings. I will probably be waiting until the 8800GT comes out, don't think I'll be buying anything until at least a few weeks from now.

Quick question on operating systems. I am probably going to get Vista but I was wondering, should I get it in a 32-bit or 64-bit version? What are the benefits of the 64-bit over the 32-bit, if there are any?

64bit supports more amounts of RAM (up to like 32gb depending on which OS you get), performs a bit better in games...

but it doesn't have as great driver support as 32bit..

So, having 2 gigs of RAM, would it be better to just get a 32-bit OS, at least until more drivers are available for 64-bit? Also, are the performance differences in gaming very noticeable?

^ nope.. not even close.. probably like 2 or 3 FPS more on 64bit
