No, I think that this is available to consumers as well. Sort of an upgrade from their dual-cpu FX-7* series maybe? I'm not sure.

I got that in google image search when I put in "Phenom". I'm assuming it's two X4s.

It could in fact be double Phenom X4s with the same dual-socket motherboard
