The corsair is a much more stable psu. vernong just posted the same link twice. The ocz psu's have been known to have a high ripple which can often kill components.

its not OCZ in general... just the GameXStream... the StealthXStream's are fine..

i just realized i copied and pasted a corsair 550vx by mistake... i meant a Corsair 520 because its modular, and has more amperage..

So I guess this is the final build, seems to be a debate on the power but ill let you guys duke it out. Aslong as theres enough power for the entire thing ill be happy. To also give you a comparision of what im using now (yes sad) its a Dell 2350 with a whopping 256gb of ram, 80gb HDD (60 of which is full), 2.00ghz Pentium 4, integraded auido and graphics. I can literally take a shower and eat breakfast while I wait for my desktop to load.

yes.. get teh 320mb GTS instead.. its proven that it has very little improvement in games..

You could get a Western Digital 750GB i guess... its really fast, sometimes performs near the speeds of a Raptor X... but its got 5x the space...

haha those look pretty sweet, i would if it wasnt burried under a desk all day. Would it make a difference if i got another stick at RAM, i know i probably wont use the extra 2gb but couldnt hurt would it?
