TBH I don't see how we can suggest what video card he should buy before we know anything at all about his comp. Before he gets new card he should show us the full specs of his comp so that we can recommend him one that: a.) Wont be bottlenecked. b.) Won't be a bottleneck c.) Won't blow his PSU the moment he pushes the power button.

My computer specs:

AMD64 3000+
Soltek K8T800pro
1GB DDR 3200 RAM
320 HD
120 HD
Radeon 9550

19inch monitor

What else you wanna know?

May I ask few questions? I need to decide fast which one of them to take, I can't choose any other card only one of them. So far I prefer MSI but active cooling is considered.
Newegg.com - ASUS EN8600GTS/HTDP/256M GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
Newegg.com - MSI NX8600GTS-T2D256EZ HD GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

Also will there be no problem putting them into my case (MB GA-P35-DS3L), what about PSU (I know it's crappy but will it be able to work with one of the cards and OC'ed E2180?):
Newegg.com - ARK 6099-CA Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 400W Power Supply - Retail

you should never use the psu that comes with a case especally from a "no-name" brand if its antec or coolermaster case then you can chance it but who the **** are "ARK"??? go with the active cooling you can overclock further ;)
