The word 'pro'. No really, eSATA ports? 2 more onboard usb connectors? 1 more onboard 1394a? southbridge heatsink has pipes? 1 more optical port? debug led? 1 more pci-e slot?

I like the rear panel CMOS switch on the Pro. Other than that I believe that the Pro tends to better fit larger CPU fan/heatsinks, well, at least better than the IP35-E. The IP35 seems to be a good choice is you don't want to spend the extra doe on the CMOS and easy debugging features.

ya thats pretty much theres all thats too it...

Mav just buy what you want and quit changing every time.... it's gonna be a great build.. not gonna be the best here (that'll be Jseber's [until Chris gets his build setup])
