login to windows

When I reached the Winlogon, I cannot find the DontDisplayLastUserName!
What OS are you using I am using xp home sp2.

right click on the blank space>new>DWORD value
Name it dontdisplaylastusername
double click on it and change it to on

Thanks a lot that fixed it.
But now I have another question, if someone attempt to try to log into my windows account repeatedly but kept keying the incorrect password from a locked state or from the main welcome screen, will it caused the computer to be locked up and then even I who have the password also cannot login to windows anymore?
