Oh I know what you mean, I'm 16 and my parents are kinda similar but they don't care if I game on the week days. Of course they understand that I just made the biggest purchase of my life on a gaming computer only last week. I used to have a dell with very similar specs to yours, I even owned the Radeon 9200 way back when Rome: Total War first came out in 2004. It's not like you'd be playing Crysis or anything on that anyway lol.

I mean my P4 @ 1.6 GHz would jump up to like 70% usuage just for using firefox or IE7.
