The parts you picked out so far, are lookin' good.

If you plan on overclocking, which you should anyway, I would suggest you get either the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, or the Tuniq, if you plan on upgrading to a quad core later on.
 
Is there alternative to 2900PRO, since it's no longer sold on newegg, I believe it was yesterday?

I forgot to add I'm getting Arctic Cooling Freezer 7.

I'm surprised that only came to 1500, especially with the monitor and OS included. However, I'd recommend the Q6600 instead of the E6750. It's less expensive, quad core, and can OC past that proc's stock speeds without breaking a sweat. I know, because I've done it with mine on stock cooling (2.83 GHz stable with AS5).

Other than that it looks good.

what? if you can show me a place where the e6750 is more pricey than q6600... i'd be like "Wow" but thats the e6850
