Getting new GPU (last thread on this i pomise)

i need to upgrade my GPU as my current one is crap (X550 PCI-E -Core- 400Mhz, Mem-200Mhz) i want to get DX10 despite everyone saying its pointless as i want to have the latest, i made a bad descision getting a 939 mobo over AM2 just becuase it was cheaper.

I'm looking at:

I hear the 8600GTs, are quite the overclocker. So just go for the cheapest one, which is the Inno3D brand, and overclock it.
