Having Problems with Windows 2000 Pro

Niether Bios or the big drive enabler did the trick. Any more ideas? Thanks in advance

If the file Eric has supplied doesn't do the trick then the BIOS might be the last step. Unless Eric knows another way.

every hdd maker supply a way around this. usually you boot with their cd and format it. you can even boot with an xp sp2 disc format the partition and eject the cd then hit f3 to exit. then boot with the 2000 disc

Well yeah i knew of those tricks. I have used those many times myself. Just wasnt sure if you had any other methods that i have not tried before like that big drive enabler thing you linked to.

Well options are to try and use the XP SP2 CD and format then restart the PC like Eric said. If that still doesnt work. Then your best bet will be to use GPArted adn partition the drive.
