35C idle for a high end 8 series, is lower than the average, because it's normally a hot card. You have an aftermarket cooler? Or just good airflow, and ambient temperatures?

I'm guessing 100% stock fan, that'll do somewhere around there, i can get around 45 with 100% with bad ambient and bad airflow

Everything is stock. Ambient temps are pretty good and I have the intake right next to the air conditioner. Horrible air flow I think, wires everywhere and I've no idea how to get them out of the way.

That is why. your computer is taking in ~55 deg. F air.
