Looking for 'Help Desk' software.

I'm looking to purchase Help Desk type software for my co.
Just wondering what some of the prof's out there are using and what they think of it.

I've tried making my own with FM Pro 8, using Outlook Tasks, Access and the old fashion paper and pen.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

Right now i have a lovely red book with sheets of paper in it.

There are some web based products I had looked into a while back. Mostly PHP/MySQL.

For enterprise grade were I work uses Peregrine. Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a smaller company.

Sourceforge might have some options. Are you looking for OSS or are you willing to pay?

We used track-it made by intuit at my old job. New job is too cheap to get it though.
