The surface isn't totally smooth so apply about a paper thin layer of thermal paste.

Also avoid touching the surface of the heatsink or CPU dye with your hands, the oils on your hands can effect the contact between CPU dye and heatsink by about +2C.

It doesnt give any detail...how can we tell if its the "real one" if theres like no specs whatsoever

try searching for "sp-94 heatsink" on google. youll find a ton of reviews and benchmarks that show its the best.
